The Farm in Friendship

The House in Camden

Not Sure Where to Stay?

Choose the farm if…

You want space to breathe — eleven private acres, a tidal cove a short walk away, a wood-fired hot tub under the stars, and room for 10–11 to spread out and find their own corner of the quiet.

Choose the house if…

You want the village at your doorstep — walk to Camden Harbor, the cafés, and the shops, then come back to a gourmet kitchen, a working fireplace, and four beautifully appointed bedrooms for up to eight.

Hi, I’m Mia!

Thanks so much for considering Three Sisters Collection for your upcoming getaway! I wanted to take a minute and tell you how Three Sisters Collection actually came to be, not the brochure version, the real one.

My husband, Steve and I spent fifteen years looking for a home on the Maine coast. I grew up on a farm in nearby Morrill, and Steve grew up sailing the Connecticut shore, so the dream was always the same: an old farmhouse, right on the water. In 2021, we finally found it! A beautiful 1850s homestead in Friendship, purchased directly from the great-great-great-great granddaughter of the man who built it. The care that family had put into the property for generations was visible everywhere, and their only wish was that it go to someone who would love it the way they had. The moment we turned down that drive, we knew we were home.

That same love for Midcoast Maine is what eventually led us to Camden. Growing up nearby, trips to Camden always felt like an occasion to me — a little celebratory, a little rare. It was the town we came back to as a newly blended family on our very first trip together, and it held a quiet dream of my mother's, to one day call it home (a dream she now gets to live every time she stays with us there). So when an 1840 Greek Revival on High Street came along, it felt like the natural counterpart to the farm — where the farm is rustic and expansive, the house in Camden is refined and welcoming. It is also walkable to town!

We're a big, blended family — older kids, two younger girls, and two houses that somehow hold everyone easily. The farm has the barn, the swing, the ping-pong table, the woods out back. Camden has become its own kind of discovery as the kids have grown into it — sailing out of the harbor in summer, skiing the Snow Bowl in winter, walking into town on their own now, which still feels like a small milestone every time.

Today, Three Sisters Collection is really just both sides of the Maine we love, opened up for you to be part of, too. Whether you're drawn to the tidal coves of Friendship or the harbor in the heart of Camden, our hope is that you arrive, settle in, and leave with a story of your own.
